Cala Torret lies on the south east coast next to the better known Binibequer [Binibeca]. Only a 10-15 minutes drive from Mahon and the airport cala torret is quiet and peaceful by day and night.

Cala Torret is a pedestrian village of low rise fisherman's style apartments about 500 meters from Binibèquer beach, behind it and stretching up the gentle hill side is Binibèquer Nou an area of privately owned villas with public tennis courts in the middle. Cala Torret has several restaurants including:- El Faro's, Restaurant D.P, Bar Baloo, Pedros restaurant and the cheese and pate bar, Na rosa in the fountain square plus the late night Pedro's bar.

With a good size supermarket, car hire and launderette Cala Torret has everything for your day to day needs, the nearest chemist is in Punta Prima or sant Lluis.

Binibequer beach lies in a good sheltered and calm Cala (inlet), with it's fine white sand which is ideal for young children. The beach bar, Los Bucanero open from around 10:AM. serves drinks, snacks and light meals and is very good. There's public lavatories, sun beds, sun brolleys and pedalos for hire and ample parking.

Binibequer Vell is an easy 15 minutes walk for a larger choice of restaurants and shops. Punta prima and Biniancolla can be reach by the land train which runs between the resorts every hour or so. Sant Louis the nearest town is a 10 minutes drive with Mahon a further 5 minutes
