Cala Forcat, also known as Los Delfines, is situated in the extreme west of Menorca just a couple of kilometers from the former capital Ciutadella.

Unlike many of the resorts on Menorca Cala'n Forcat is quite busy. There are Lots of restaurants, more bars than any sane man can cope with, and enough shops & supermarkets for even a credit card with no limit to tire of.

For the kids there's every possible entertainment including a water park situated on the main road in the resort center.

The beaches are all very small coves and the two at the west of the resort require you to climb down steps, they could present some problems for the elderly or disabled. The eastern beach [Call Blanes] is about a 20 minute walk from the centre, the mini train runs every half hour to this beach and stops at various points along the way.

Getting about is easy with a regular bus service into Ciutadella where you can then catch buses to all other parts of the island.

Ciutadella is a must see on your visit. To wander round the alleyways and former palaces during the day is very pleasant, and at night the port area comes alive with fine restaurants and lively clubs opening till the sun comes up.
