Situated on Menorca's west coast to the south of Ciutadella, are a group of resorts made up of.
Cala Santandria is a tranquil resort and is popular with Menorcan's who head that way on a weekend. The resort is set around a rocky inlet with a sandy beach at it's head having the usual sun lounge's parasols and pedalo's etc.
Just south but joined on is Sa Caleta another peaceful cove with a small resort built round it.
Then next again going south is the slightly larger resort of Cala Blanca which has a good selection of bars and restaurants, all three within walking distance of each other.
All resort have some beach based water sports including scuba diving but you are not far from Cala`n Bosc, where there is a greater number of water based activities to choose from.
Between the three there are enough restaurants, bars and shops to cater for your day to day needs, but for serious shopping, Ciutadella is the place to go. Regular buses service the resorts on the way from Ciutadella <--> Calan Bosc which is just a few kilometers south.
The coast in this area holds some very good walks between the Cala's and beaches where you can find idyllic waterside cafes for refreshment, old watch towers standing guard on the headland and the towering mountains of Majorca in the distance.
