Binisafua is a quiet, mature development of private houses about twenty minutes from both the port of Mahon and the airport. There is no public transport to speak of so hiring a car is necessary.

Situated alongside a deep rocky inlet providing a natural harbor/cove which is wonderful for snorkeling from its series of man-made platforms.

The beautiful little beach of Binisafua can be found in the dip along the coast road as you head towards Binibequer which is a 5-10 minutes drive away and which offers a little more choice for shopping and dining. There are a couple of bar/restaurant overlooking the seafront that serves fresh fish and a variety of other food and drink.

Heading inland is Sant Climent, a charming country village with banking, small supermarket, bakery, hardware shop and everything else you'll need.
